Not every case requires an attorney and at the Christensen Law Firm, we will be the first to let you know if your case is better off being handled by yourself. This tragic accident may not require an attorney. If the person who caused this tragic accident has automobile insurance with low policy limits, then the insurance company should automatically offer the full policy limts as settlement and there would be no need to hire an attorney and have them take a percent of the settlement.
