Centerville, Utah Car Accident Turns Fatal | Utah Wrongful Death Law Firm

Another serious Utah car accident occurred in Centerville on February 7, 2009. According to KSL news, Kristy L. Bateman was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, but later died from her injuries sustained in this tragic Centerville, Utah fatal car accident. Kristy Bateman was driving on Main Street in Centerville when another car crossed the center line and colliding head-on with Bateman’s car. Police said they had to tear the roof back to rescue Bateman and her two passengers from the vehicle. The police are still investigating what caused the other vehicle to cross over into oncoming traffic.

I offer my deepest condolences to the Bateman family. Fatal car accidents statistics are alarming. About 115 people die each day from an automobile accident in the United States. This equates to one death every 13 minutes. Millions of people are injured each year from traffic accidents. Please drive carefully in your daily commutes.
