Unfortunately, traffic wrecks involving pedestrians are a frequent occurrence on our nation’s roads. Children are especially at risk of pedestrian accidents, as they are often playing outside with their friends. In fact, 30% of all fatal accidents involving children are pedestrian accidents. Please keep a close eye out for pedestrians when you are driving, especially when commuting through residential areas.
