My deepest condolences go out to the families of the late Steven Sabatini and his seriously injured wife Yvonne. I pray that Yvonne will have a full and quick recovery from the massive injuries she sustained in this Utah motorcycle accident. The couple had been married for only a month. Neighbors stated the Sabatini’s had just purchased the motorcycle.

What Caused this Tragic Accident?

Authorities believe excessive speed and alcohol consumption were the main contributing factors of this horrific motorcycle accident that claimed the life of Steven Sabatini. St. George Police Department confirmed that motorcycle was recently purchased and had not been registered yet. Neither Steven nor Yvonne was wearing protective gear or helmets. However, the investigation is ongoing into what caused this tragic Utah accident.

Interesting Motorcycle Accident Statistics

• ½ of all motorcycle accident fatalities are alcohol related
